    Event Description:
    Opening Ceremonies for the 60th Annual Boaz Harvest Festival will be held Thursday, Oct. 3, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Emmett Plunkett Baseball Field at Snead State Community College. Marshall DeKalb Electric Cooperative and Boaz first responders will conduct a special flag presentation. Becca Butler will sing the National Anthem and lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Other performances to include Snead State Jazz Band, Snead State College Street Singers, Snead State Cheer, Boaz High School Cheer.
